Look Who's 80!

It's my Mom's big day and she's still as cute as ever. The picture below was taken about 6 months ago when my sister took her to have her hair done. They flat ironed it for the first time in her life. We loved it, she hated it , so back to the rollers she went. I still laugh every time I see this picture because it is SO not her. I know she wasn't too happy about the straight hair.

And this photo was taken on the same day...much happier and feeling more like herself. :)

Happy 80th to my Mamma
LOVE LOVE LOVE you!

She looks sweet! Enjoy every moment with her! Had such a great time at Sandcastle Sirens, it was quite the event. Shirley was out of town this weekend...we are not having the sale this month. Way too many things going on but we will be doing it in July. Hope you gals join us!

That is so funny...my mom has had the same hairdo as long as I can remember, isn't comfortable in anything else...your mom looks wonderful in the new doo, makes her look so much younger...same as my mom would...silly girlz...

'White' is coming along great...Wed n Sat n Sun are our busiest days, Friday has been a bust from the beginning and I may discontinue it for a while, since it is so expensive to drive it, at least till they find us.

This is such a tiny burg, it will be awhile yet till they hear about us. But Lorie and I are thinking about doing a show once a month near Chicago...emptying the store and bringing back all new stuff, sounds like fun huh. I think that might be something we will advertise since we are only open a few days, we really don't want to be opened any more days then that, kinda like storage till we can do a show. This way, if they don't buy it now, in 3 weeks it'll be gone...keeps us young you know...
or are we tetched in the head.

Hope things are going well for you guys too. It's funny, the soaps sell really well up there too...ha!

Later gater...s
